Vertical profiles of birds (vp) data processing

Code and documentation to process vertical profiles of birds (vp) data for further analysis and the bird migration flow visualization. Developed by Peter Desmet, mainly during a May 2017 Short Term Scientific Mission for ENRAM and tested by Cecilia Nilsson for the European flyway paper, Nilsson & Dokter et al. (2018). The code is developed so that it can be easily used to process your own vp data. Documentation is available online and as part of this package in docs/index.html. No further development is planned for this software: it's functionality will be included in the bioRad package.
