Personal profile

Research expertise

The focus of most of my research is the conservation of threatened insects in general and butterflies in particular. To do so, I regularly do field work, but I also use statistical models to detect potentially suitable sites for threatened species. Apaprt from that, I also co-ordinate the Red List assessments in Flanders (northern Belgium).
