Research expertise

Floris Vanderhaeghe is member of the Biometry, Methodology and Quality Assurance team (BMK). He coordinates design and implementation of reproducible analytical pipelines in the Monitoring Programme for the Natural Environment. Data storage and dissemination, statistical analyses, publishing indicators, management of reference datasets and sample metadata, ... will happen in line with the Open Science programme at INBO.

Floris also contributes to the INBO tutorials website and to various open tools which are relevant for reproducible research, especially in the R-Spatial and OSGeo communities. He maintains a few R packages such as qgisprocess, n2khab and n2khabmon.
