Personal profile

Research expertise

My research at INBO focuses on the effects of offshore wind farms on seabird distribution, investigated through ship-based surveys and GPS tagging. Aside from that, I am closely involved in the governance of the European Seabirds At Sea (ESAS) database, currently hosted at ICES Data Centre. Apart from these main tasks I cooperate in all activities of the seabird group led by Eric Stienen, such as breeding bird inventories and the monitoring of coastal breeding bird colonies.
