Research expertise
Toon Westra is part of the team Biometry, Methodology and Quality Assurance (BMK). He is involved in monitoring Natura 2000 habitat types and European and Flemish priority species. This includes the design and implementation of monitoring schemes, quality assurance and data analysis. These different tasks are performed acoording to the principles of Open Science as much as possible, by making use of Rmarkdown and Github.
