Abstract
Every six years, EU Member States report to the European Commission on the conservation status of natural habitats of the Habitats Directive on their territory. INBO takes care of the reporting for the Belgian Atlantic region in collaboration with Brussels Environment and the SPW ARNE-DEMNA (Service Public de Wallonie Agriculture, Ressources naturelles et Environnement - Département de l'Étude du milieu naturel et agricole).
After each report, the Commission together with the Member States embark on a thorough evaluation of the process and methodology, in preparation of the next reporting cycle.
