Abstract
The LCS (local conservation status) criteria as set out in Adriaens et al. (2008) need to be updated in light of reporting on the Habitats Directive species, taking due account of the comments of the scientific review committee, but also of the social sectors (civil society) regarding the metapopulation approach.
