Development of ecohydrological standards for groundwater quality and determination of nutrient flows in groundwater - case study source area Zwarte Beek.
For groundwater quality, there exist approved environmental quality standards primarily aiming at at a certain environmental-hygienic quality for public health purposes, but that are of little relevance for ecological applications.The research project includes the collection of all information and literature at home and abroad to support ecological standards for groundwater quality, the translation of this information into a proposal for an ecological standard for a valley in the Kempen region and its application to the case Zwarte Beek source area.
