Abstract
The aim of this assignment is to further substantiate the core qualities of the concept of environmental quality on the basis of the ecosystem services approach, and this tailored to the operation of the VLM. This should lead to a substantive deepening of the concept of Environmental Quality and its relationship with the conceptual framework of ecosystem services.
The assignment comprises 2 large sections:
- setting up and implementing the guidance process for the various VLM pilots.
- content-related processing and concrete deepening of the Environmental Quality Guidelines using the ecosystem services approach and the IMAGO tools.
