Abstract

This project comprises (i) project development and coordination and (ii) policy-supporting research on herpetofauna, related to actions listed in the approved species protection programmes. It includes research supporting different breeding programmes (e.g. common midwife toad Alytes obstetricans, common spadefoot toad, Pelobates fuscus) and endangered species (e.g. fire salamander Salamandra salamandra).
