Abstract
Snel ingrijpen is bij biologische invasies essentieel om oplopende kosten door beheer of schade te vermijden. Het uitroeien van een populatie exotische boomeekhoorns in een park in de landelijke gemeente Dadizele illustreert dat snelle actie veel coördinatie, samenwerking, onderzoek, budget en inspanningen vergt.
