Abstract
Wanneer ik vertel over mijn onderzoek naar het bewaren van kokosnoten bij vrieskou, denken sommigen dat ik kokosijsjes maak. In werkelijkheid gaat het om cryopreservatie, een techniek waarmee we waardevolle kokospalmen jarenlang kunnen bewaren.
