Uittreksel
Amblyodon dealbatus (Hedw.) P.Beauv. was discovered as a new species for Belgium in Beveren (Antwerp port area) in 2007 in a relevee that contained also Liparis loeselii. The location consists of an area that has been raised with sand-in-water slurry resulting in calcareous sandy soils destined for industrial enterprises. Other rare bryophytes present on the location are Leiocolea badensis and Preissia quadrata.
